  • All Sales are Final : No Return : No Refund , Only Size Exchange can be done by the user only Once after Purchase
  • For size exchanges, contact our customer service at care@richmaxclothing.com  or whatsapp us  within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges are subject to a hygiene quality check and approval is based on product condition received to base.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if products are used or damaged. Make sure tags are not removed
  • Ship the confirmed exchange product and provide tracking id to care@richmaxclothing.com or care.richmaxclothing@gmail.com or whatsapp us
  • We process exchanges within 5-7 business days once product is received back to base.
  • At Richmax, we do not offer returns. However, we do allow exchanges as per the policy mentioned above.


  • If You Get Any Type of Discount Code then the amount of discount can variate according to the product, and maximum discount offered by any means will be 100 Per order.
